I double-clicked it, and tried sending again. The first time this happened, I clicked send and Outlook spent a couple of seconds deciding (looking like it was going to hang) then instead of the ready to send icon appearing, the draft icon appeared. Monitor with only licenced software, lots of Adobe, Skype, Google Chrome, Hangouts, Earth, Evernote, Firefox. On a good Skylake desktop system, large non-touchscreen Windows 10 圆4 and Outlook 2016 32 bit, from an Office 365 subscription, both with standard home update policies, ie they are entirely updated automatically. This is not user error (what a useless Office community No matter what I do I cannot get these emails to send. ![]() ![]() Some but not all emails get stuck in the Outbox with a draft icon instead of a ready to send icon.
